1. Delivery Inside the UAE
|
Free Shipping on all orders over AED 100 |
Next-Day Delivery (UAE-Wide)
• Orders placed before 10:00 PM are delivered the next business day.
• Orders placed after 10:00 PM are delivered within 2 business days.
Standard Delivery
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase.
Office Addresses & Weekend Delivery
Deliveries to office addresses placed on weekends will be scheduled for the following Monday.

Exception: If you require weekend delivery to an office address, you must select Express Delivery (2–4 Hours), available in Dubai only. |
2. Exclusive Dubai Delivery Options
The following premium delivery services are available exclusively in Dubai for orders exceeding AED 99.

Order before 6:00 PM for delivery within 4 hours. Working hours begin at 10:00 AM. After 6:00 PM: Delivery is scheduled for the next day before 4:00 PM. |

Same-Day Delivery |
Order before 5:00 PM to receive your items the same day. After 5:00 PM: Delivery is scheduled for the next day before 4:00 PM. |

Important: Please ensure your delivery address is strictly within Dubai when selecting these options. Delivery fees for Express and Same-Day services are non-refundable if selected for a non-eligible location. However, your order will automatically be upgraded to next-day priority delivery. |
3. Remote Areas
Deliveries to remote areas are carried out on Mondays and Thursdays only. If you are unsure whether your location is classified as a remote area, please contact us before placing your order.

We ship to Saudi Arabia (KSA), Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Saudi Arabia (KSA) — National Address Requirement

Saudi National Address Required: All orders shipped to Saudi Arabia require a valid Saudi National Address to proceed.
Orders submitted without a valid National Address will be placed on hold until the correct address details are received. Please note that the estimated delivery time (2–3 working days) begins only after the complete and valid National Address has been provided.
To avoid delays, please ensure your Saudi National Address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. |
5. Severe Weather Policy
In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, sandstorms, or flooding), deliveries may be delayed to the next business day to ensure the safety of our delivery personnel.
