Return & Exchange Policy

At incrediDeals, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, and refunds for all orders placed through our platform. Please review the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, provided all of the following conditions are met:

Item Condition: The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original, unopened (factory-sealed) packaging. Items that have been opened, assembled, or show any signs of use will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Returns on COD orders are eligible for store credit only and are not refundable to a bank account or card.

2. Exclusions & Product-Specific Disclaimers

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

•       Accessories, including cases, bands, and screen protectors

•       Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products

iPhone 17 Series – Important Notice

Due to the nature of materials used by the manufacturer, iPhone 17 devices may be susceptible to cosmetic scratching under normal use. incrediDeals bears no liability for surface-level cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, or marks. Customers experiencing hardware or warranty-related issues—including those arising within the first thirty (30) days of purchase—must contact Apple directly or visit an Apple-authorised service centre.

Accessories & Screen Protectors Disclaimer

incrediDeals offers a curated selection of premium accessories designed to be compatible with and safe for your device. However, we do not accept liability for scratches or cosmetic damage to iPhone 17 devices that may be attributed to the use of third-party or incrediDeals-branded accessories. Additionally, incrediDeals is not responsible for any issues resulting from user error during the self-installation of screen protectors.

3. Applicable Fees & Deductions

The following fees are deducted from the refund amount and apply to all eligible returns:

* International return shipping fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, factoring in carrier costs and applicable customs duties. Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees originally covered by incrediDeals at the time of delivery will be borne by the customer upon return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

•       Email us at info@incredideals.ae with the subject line: Return Order #[Your Order Number]

•       Pickup Arrangement: Once your request is reviewed, we will schedule a return pickup within one to two (1–2) business days.

•       Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within two to three (2–3) business days and notify you of the outcome.

5. Refund Policy

Following inspection, you will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or declined.

Approved Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Please note that your financial institution may require up to forty-five (45) additional days to reflect the credit in your account.

Delayed Refunds: If you have not received your refund within fifteen (15) business days of approval, please contact us at info@incredideals.ae for further assistance.

6. Quick Reference: Accepted vs. Declined Returns

✅  Accepted

You purchased an item, decided it was not the right fit, and the product remains in its original factory-sealed packaging. The applicable return shipping and restocking fees are deducted, and the remaining balance is refunded.

 

❌  Declined

You opened the product packaging or used the item, even briefly. Regardless of the product’s condition or functionality, unboxed or used items are not eligible for return.
